    Step 1: Rinse with cold water until clear

    Step 2: Put your panties in the washing machine with the rest of your laundry, but not at over 40°C. We recommend using a hypoallergenic detergent. We strongly advise against the use of fabric softeners and soaps containing more than 5% glycerine, as they reduce the absorbency of your panties.
